Our No Fix No Fee policy does not apply if we advise the customer on a suitable resolution to the problem and the customer declines to have “LyJoTo” carry out the repair. If we provide a diagnosis and the customer declines to authorise our technician to resolve the problem, the customer may be required to pay fees to cover call-out and diagnosis, not exceeding £20.
Unfortunately our No Fix No Fee policy is not applicable if we are unable to diagnosis the problem due to absence of hardware, software, passwords, software serials numbers, account details etc. If a “LyJoTo” technician arrives onsite or has worked on a PC remotely but cannot proceed due to absence of the above information, charges not exceeding £20 will apply.

LyJoTo take great care when dealing with our customers data in order to prevent data loss. Unfortunately data loss is sometimes unavoidable, or may already have occurred prior to a computer reaching us. LyJoTo cannot be held responsible for any data loss. It is the clients responsibility to ensure any data is backed-up prior to commencement of work.
